Yoga, Meditation and Nutrition Retreat with Anne Noonan

This 3 to 3.5 hour day retreat will cover gentle yoga, meditation, fabulous food and valuable information.

Anne Noonan, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Food and Nutrition Coach and Diabetes Food advisor will share her story and her knowledge on ‘how to roll back your body's inner odometer’ and age brilliantly. You really can age well, stay healthy, feel better, deal with stress and stay vibrant throughout your later years. Anne will share with you the kinds of tips you may not learn from your doctor. You’ll eat, stretch, do some revitalising yoga and learn how to meditate for a calm stress free body. We guarantee you’ll leave feeling amazing and you’ll take home tips that you can put into practice immediately.”

Who is this suitable for:

  • Any man or woman who has a concern about what’s happening with their body as time progresses.

  • If you’re facing hormonal changes, increases in stress levels or gaining weight without knowing why, then this will be of great benefit for you.

  • If you’re over 40 or 50 or beyond and you’re noticing age showing its physical restrictions, this will be a great day.

Where: YogaTreetops studio, 8 Fairseat Street, Bardon.

When: 17 March 2019 - 10.15am registration for a 10.30am start to conclude approximately 1.30 to 1.45pm.

Cost:   $80 will include yoga, meditation, information and lunch. And an extra bonus. You’ll receive the fabulous ‘Gut Matters’ book written by an Australian Holistic GP. 

What will I learn:

You’ll learn the power of specific movement, how to create anti-inflammatory food, using breath techniques and calming habits to improve sleep, ageing and general health.

What do I bring:
Bring a yoga mat, a couple of cushions and a light throw to cover you. At meditation time, we want you to be comfortable as you’ll be lying on the floor. We provide yoga mats, but we encourage you to bring another layer to place on top of them and anything soft to support your head and your knees.

What kind of food will be provided:

You’ll sample a range of vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free delectable healthy dishes.
